Systems over screens
I design components, tokens, and patterns, not just screens. If I solve a problem once, I want that solution to be reusable by every team working on every product.
Collaboration as the medium
The best products come from designers who work at the intersection of research, product, and engineering, not from handoffs. I join conversations early and stay late.
